Booking & Payment Terms
A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking. The remaining amount must be paid on the day of the event after setup completion. Booking details such as theme, venue, and timing should be finalized at least 3 days before the event. Any last-minute changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 5 days or more before the event: 80% of the advance will be refunded. Cancellation within 3–5 days of the event: 50% of the advance will be refunded. Cancellation within 48 hours of the event: No refund. In case of unavoidable situations (like weather issues or emergencies), the booking can be rescheduled once without extra charges, subject to date availability.
