• Advance booking is recommended to secure your preferred date and time. • A minimum advance payment is required to confirm the booking. • Bookings are accepted subject to date and slot availability. • Customers are requested to provide complete event details, including venue, timing, theme, and decoration requirements, at the time of booking. • Full payment must be completed on or before the event date unless otherwise agreed. • Any additional decoration requirements requested after booking may incur extra charges.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation requests made at least 72 hours before the event date may be eligible for partial refund or booking adjustment. • Advance payments made for confirmed bookings are generally non-refundable due to material procurement and scheduling commitments. • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event date will not be eligible for any refund. • In case of unavoidable circumstances, customers may request a one-time rescheduling subject to availability. • The company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a suitable alternative or refund will be provided.

Balloon colors and decoration materials are subject to market availability; suitable alternatives may be used if required. 3. Customers must ensure access to the venue at the agreed setup time. 4. Delays caused due to venue restrictions or late access may affect the setup timeline. 5. Any damages caused to decoration materials by guests, children, or venue staff after setup will not be the responsibility of the company. 6. Additional customization or last-minute changes may attract extra charges. 7. All decoration materials provided on a rental basis remain the property of the company and must not be removed or damaged.
