05. TRAVEL & ACCOMMODATIONS \r\n5.1) Travel & accommodations for the team will be arranged by the client for cities and other than Kolkata \r\n5.2) Meals for the team will be at the event venue only, else the team needs a break between the shoot for \r\nthe lunch & dinner. \r\n5.3) Team required a separate room at event venue for the rest in b/w events & keeping our equipments \r\nsafe. 5.4) Any misbehavior done by the client’s friends or family members with our team, the agency \r\nholds the right for the termination of the services at that moment. If no action is taken immediately to \r\nimprove the situation the Photographer has the right to leave the venue or premises which then ends \r\ntheir duties for the day

Booking & Payment Terms

At Wedwala Production, we value your trust and are committed to providing a seamless booking experience. Please take a moment to review our booking policy before confirming your dates.\r\n\r\n1. Booking Confirmation\r\n\r\nBookings are confirmed only after the advance payment has been received.\r\n\r\nDates will be held temporarily for 48 hours; if the advance is not made within this period, the slot may be released without prior notice.\r\n\r\n2. Advance Payment\r\n\r\nA 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.\r\n\r\nThe remaining balance must be cleared before the event day (or as per the package agreement).\r\n\r\nAll payments are non-refundable but can be adjusted for future dates (subject to availability and management approval).\r\n\r\n3. Cancellation & Rescheduling\r\n\r\nIn case of event cancellation, the advance amount will be forfeited.\r\n\r\nDate rescheduling is allowed once, with at least 30 days’ notice, subject to availability.\r\n\r\nPrice differences may apply if package rates change for new dates.\r\n\r\n4. Deliverables & Timeline\r\n\r\nEdited photos, videos, and albums will be delivered as per the timeline mentioned in your package.\r\n\r\nAny additional edits or changes requested after delivery may incur extra charges.\r\n\r\n5. Copyright & Usage\r\n\r\nAll images and videos remain the creative property of Wedwala Production and may be used for portfolio, marketing, or promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.\r\n\r\n6. Client Cooperation\r\n\r\nClients are requested to share event schedules, locations, and key contacts in advance to ensure smooth coordination.\r\n\r\nAny delay or change in the event plan must be communicated promptly.

Cancellation Policy

In case the event / wedding gets postponed 3.1) Postpone prior 90 days from the shoot date, the \r\ncomplete amount will be carried forward to the next date. (Client needs to update our team for the new \r\ndates at least 90 days prior from the shoot date & 45 days prior in case of small event). \r\n3.2) Postpone under 90 days from the Wedding or Event Date, will cost you 50% postpone charges. 3.3) \r\nPostpone within 30 days from the Wedding or Event Date, will cost you 80% postpone charges. \r\nIn case the event / wedding gets cancelled \r\n3.4) Cancellation prior 120 days from the shoot date, the complete amount will be refunded. \r\n3.5) Cancellation prior 90 days from the shoot date, 20% of bill amount will be charged. \r\n3.5) Cancellation prior 60 days from the Wedding or Event Date, 50% of bill amount will be \r\ncharged. \r\n3.6) Cancellation within 30 days from the Wedding or Event Date, will cost you 90% of bill \r\namount.

Additional Terms & Conditions

01. DELIVERY TIMELINE \r\n*For Private, Small Events & Pre Wedding // Delivery Timelines will be 20-30 Days from the shoot date. \r\nBelow delivery timelines are for Large Scale Projects & Weddings. \r\n*Photos & Videos will only be shared after completing the second installment and the deadlines will be \r\ncounted from the day of the second installment done. \r\n1.1) Couple needs to provide a Hard Drive within 7 days from the shoot for the collection of RAW \r\ndata, the agency will not be liable for any kind of DATA LOSS after 3 months from the shoot \r\ndate. \r\n1.2) RAW & Edited photos will be delivered within 50-60 days from the shoot. \r\n1.3) One Minute Teaser will be delivered within 30-45 days from the shoot. \r\n1.4) Edited Videos (Trailer & Full Film) will be delivered within 60-90 days from the shoot. (*Time \r\nmay increase for weddings happening between 1st November to 10th March) \r\n1.5) For the printed album, the couple has to select the photographs & send it to our team. \r\n1.6) Couple needs to revert within 3 days when they receive their videos or album design for any \r\ncorrections or modifications. (*Time taken by the client for the verification will not be counted \r\nin our deadlines.) Any changes or modification in the final product might take another 15-30 \r\ndays for re-edit. \r\n1.7) In case some portions of RAW Video for Performances & Dance can be requested to be \r\ndelivered before the final delivery. \r\n1.8) One time changes are accepted in all our deliveries, secondary changes will be chargeable. \r\n1.9) Any last minute addition of events or change in the schedule other than mentioned at the \r\ntime of booking will be charged extra. (Subjected to availability) \r\n1.10) If the client puts the project on hold for more than three months from the event or \r\nwedding date, then the agency (S.W.S) will not be responsible for any kind of data loss \r\n(Images & Videos). \r\n1.11) (*We request you to provide a Hard Drive within 7-10 Days or before the wedding to keep \r\na backup copy of RAW data at your end too)
