# BOOKING POLICY ### Photography & Cinematography Services We are committed to making your photography and cinematography experience smooth, transparent, and well-organized. Please read the following booking policy carefully before confirming your event. ## 1. Quotation & Package Selection The booking process begins with a consultation regarding your event, photography and cinematography requirements. Based on your requirements, we will provide a detailed quotation mentioning the selected package, services, deliverables, and applicable charges. The client may review the quotation and discuss any required changes with our team before confirming the package. ## 2. Package Confirmation Once the client approves the quotation, package, pricing, dates, and included services, the booking process can proceed. Any services or deliverables not specifically mentioned in the final quotation will not be considered included unless agreed upon separately in writing. ## 3. Booking Advance A **30% advance payment of the total package amount** is required to confirm the booking. The event date will be considered officially booked only after: * The quotation/package has been approved by the client; and * The required 30% advance payment has been received. Until the advance payment is received, the requested date may remain available for other clients. ## 4. Booking Confirmation After receiving the 30% advance payment, we will send a confirmation email/message confirming the photography and cinematography dates. The confirmed dates will then be reserved for the client according to the agreed package. ## 5. Payment Schedule The standard payment schedule is: **30% � Booking Advance** Payable at the time of booking to confirm the event date. **60% � After Event Completion** Payable within **7 days after completion of the event**. **10% � Final Payment** Payable at the time of final delivery of the agreed photographs, videos, album, or other applicable deliverables. ## 6. Changes to the Package Any changes to the selected package, additional services, extra hours, additional albums, additional deliverables, or other requirements may result in additional charges. Any such changes will be discussed with and approved by the client before the additional service is provided. ## 7. Client Responsibility The client is responsible for providing accurate event dates, venue details, schedules, contact information, and other necessary information required for smooth execution of the services. Any major change in the event schedule or venue should be communicated to us as early as possible. ## 8. Acceptance of Booking Policy Payment of the booking advance and confirmation of the quotation will be considered acceptance of the agreed package, payment schedule, and applicable booking terms.

Cancellation Policy

# CANCELLATION POLICY ### Photography & Cinematography Services We understand that plans can sometimes change. Our cancellation policy is designed to protect both the client and our studio because event dates are reserved exclusively and may prevent us from accepting other bookings. ## 1. Cancellation by Client Any request to cancel a confirmed booking must be made **in writing** by email or another officially accepted communication channel. The cancellation will be considered effective from the date on which the written cancellation request is received and acknowledged by our team. ## 2. Booking Advance The **30% booking advance is generally non-refundable once the event date has been confirmed**, as the date is reserved exclusively for the client and we may decline other enquiries for the same date. However, in exceptional circumstances, the studio may review the situation on a case-by-case basis. ## 3. Cancellation After Event Coverage Once photography and/or cinematography services have been performed for the event, cancellation of the remaining album/video/other post-production deliverables does not automatically cancel the payment obligations already agreed under the package. Any refund or adjustment, where applicable, will depend on the work already completed, costs incurred, and the specific circumstances of the cancellation. ## 4. Post-Production & Album Cancellation After the client has selected photographs and album design/printing work has commenced, cancellation or major changes may result in applicable production, design, printing, or other costs already incurred. Any refundable amount, if applicable, will be calculated after deducting reasonable costs already incurred for the project. ## 5. Postponement / Change of Event Date If the client needs to postpone the event, they should contact us as early as possible. A date change will be subject to: * Availability of our photography/cinematography team; * Availability of the new event date; * Any additional costs caused by the change; * Agreement between both parties. If the requested new date is available, the booking may be transferred to the new date subject to mutual confirmation. If the new date is not available, the cancellation policy may apply. ## 6. Cancellation by the Studio In the unlikely event that we are unable to provide the agreed services due to circumstances within our reasonable control, we will communicate with the client and make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative arrangement. In situations where performance becomes impossible due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, the parties will discuss an appropriate solution based on the circumstances and applicable law. ## 7. Force Majeure Neither party will be considered in breach for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, serious accidents, war, riots, extreme weather, or other extraordinary events. Both parties will make reasonable efforts to find a suitable alternative arrangement. ## 8. Refund Processing Where a refund is agreed upon, the applicable refund amount and processing timeline will be communicated to the client separately. Any refund will be processed after accounting for services already provided and reasonable costs already incurred, where applicable.

# TERMS & CONDITIONS ### Photography & Cinematography Services These Terms & Conditions apply to photography, cinematography, album design, printing, digital delivery, and related services provided under the client's approved quotation/package. ## 1. Agreement The approved quotation, selected package, payment schedule, and these Terms & Conditions together form the basis of the service agreement between the client and the studio. Any specific terms mentioned in the final quotation will take precedence over general information where there is a difference. ## 2. Booking Confirmation A booking is considered confirmed only after the client has approved the quotation/package and paid the required **30% booking advance**. The studio is not obligated to reserve an event date until the required advance payment has been received. ## 3. Payment Terms The standard payment schedule is: **30% � Booking Advance** Required to confirm and reserve the event date. **60% � After Event** Payable within 7 days after completion of the event. **10% � Final Delivery** Payable upon final delivery of the agreed deliverables. The client is responsible for making payments within the agreed timelines. ## 4. Event Coverage Photography and cinematography services will be provided according to the hours, locations, events, team size, and deliverables mentioned in the approved quotation. Additional hours, locations, services, or deliverables not included in the original package may incur additional charges. ## 5. Event Schedule The client is responsible for providing the correct event schedule and venue details. Delays caused by venue restrictions, late commencement of events, changes in the event schedule, or circumstances outside the studio's control may affect the amount of coverage possible. Our team will make reasonable efforts to capture the important moments within the agreed coverage period. ## 6. Raw Photographs & Selection After the event and receipt of the applicable **60% payment**, the studio will provide the available raw photographs for album selection through an agreed method such as **Google Drive or Pen Drive**. The client is responsible for selecting and submitting the photographs required for the album. Delays in photo selection or submission by the client may extend the overall album delivery timeline. ## 7. Album Design & Production After receiving the client's selected photographs, the album design and production process will begin. The estimated production timeline is approximately **3�4 weeks** for album designing, printing, and preparation. The actual timeline may vary depending on: * Number of albums; * Client revisions; * Approval time; * Printing requirements; * Production workload; * Courier or delivery circumstances. ## 8. Album Design Approval The client should carefully review the album design/proof provided by the studio. Once the client approves the final design, it may be sent for printing. Changes requested after final approval may result in additional design, printing, or production charges and may also extend the delivery timeline. ## 9. Delivery & Courier Tracking Once the album is ready, delivery will be arranged through the agreed delivery method. For courier shipments, the studio will provide the **courier tracking number** where tracking is available. The client can use the tracking number to check the shipment status and estimated delivery progress. For eligible locations, **physical door-to-door delivery** may also be arranged. Courier delays, weather conditions, transportation issues, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond the studio's control may affect the delivery timeline. ## 10. Delivery Address The client is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including: * Recipient name * Full address * PIN/ZIP code * Contact number * Any other information required by the courier The studio will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client. ## 11. Digital Deliverables Photographs and videos will be delivered through the method specified in the quotation/package. Clients are advised to download and maintain their own backup copies of important digital files after delivery. ## 12. Client Delays The overall delivery timeline may be extended if the client delays: * Payment; * Photo selection; * Album selection; * Design approval; * Providing required information; * Responding to revision requests. Any revised timeline resulting from such delays will be communicated where reasonably possible. ## 13. Photography Style & Creative Decisions Photography and cinematography involve creative judgment. The studio will make reasonable efforts to deliver work consistent with its demonstrated portfolio and the agreed package. Specific poses, moments, locations, lighting conditions, weather, venue restrictions, guest availability, or other factors may affect the final photographs and videos. ## 14. Equipment & Team The studio may assign suitable photographers, cinematographers, editors, designers, and other production personnel according to the selected package. In exceptional circumstances, the studio may substitute a team member with another suitably qualified professional. ## 15. Copyright & Portfolio Usage Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the studio retains copyright in the original creative work produced as part of the services. The studio may use selected photographs/videos for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, awards, or promotional purposes, subject to applicable law and any specific written privacy agreement with the client. If a client requires complete confidentiality and no promotional usage, this should be discussed and agreed in writing before or at the time of booking. ## 16. Third-Party Services Certain parts of the project, such as printing, album manufacturing, courier delivery, or other specialist services, may involve third-party vendors. The studio will coordinate these services as part of the agreed package but may not be responsible for delays caused solely by third-party providers despite reasonable efforts to coordinate. ## 17. Force Majeure The studio will not be responsible for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, serious accidents, war, riots, extreme weather, transportation disruptions, or other extraordinary circumstances. Both parties will make reasonable efforts to find a practical alternative solution. ## 18. Communication Official communication regarding bookings, payments, schedule changes, approvals, album selections, and other important matters should be made through the communication channels designated by the studio. Clients are encouraged to retain payment receipts, quotations, approvals, and important correspondence for their records. ## 19. Final Payment The remaining **10% payment** is due upon final delivery of the agreed deliverables. Any additional services or products requested outside the approved package may be charged separately. ## 20. Amendments The studio reserves the right to update its general policies from time to time. However, the terms specifically agreed and accepted for an existing booking will remain subject to the quotation/agreement applicable to that booking, unless both parties agree otherwise in writing. ## 21. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable laws of India. Any dispute should first be addressed through good-faith communication between the client and the studio, with applicable legal remedies remaining available to the parties. ## 22. Client Acceptance By approving the quotation and making the booking advance payment, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the applicable quotation, payment schedule, Booking Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Terms & Conditions.
