Booking & Payment Terms

1. Booking & Advance Payment A booking is confirmed only after the required advance payment is received. Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Charges - Wedding Photography & Videography � Payment Schedule - 15% Advance Payment: Required to confirm the booking. 30% Payment: Due 7 days before the event date. 30% Payment: Due at the time the RAW photographs are shared with the client. 15% Payment: Due at the time the teaser video is delivered. Remaining Balance: Payable upon delivery of the final edited video and all remaining deliverables. Rescheduling Policy Clients may reschedule their event once, subject to availability. Requests should be made at least 30 days before the event. Last-minute rescheduling may incur additional charges. 5. Delivery Timeline Raw Photographs: Delivered within 10�20 working days via Google drive. Cinematic Film: Delivered within 45�60 working days. Wedding Albums: Delivered within 30�45 working days after design approval. 6-Editing Policy All images and videos are professionally edited in our signature style. Clients are required to finalize and provide all song selections before the video editing process begins. Once editing has started or the final video has been completed, requests to change the selected songs will not be accepted. 7. Album Design Clients will receive a digital album PDF as a proof for approval. One or two rounds of revisions are complimentary. Additional revisions may incur extra charges. 8. Travel & Accommodation Travel within your local area is included (if applicable). Outstation events require travel and accommodation to be arranged or reimbursed by the client. 9. Event Delays & Overtime Coverage beyond the agreed schedule is subject to photographer availability. Additional hours will be charged at the agreed overtime rate. 10. Client Cooperation The client is responsible for obtaining venue permissions where required. Delays caused by the event schedule may affect coverage. A family member or coordinator should assist in organizing group photos. 13. Force Majeure We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, or other events beyond our reasonable control. 15. Data Storage All photos and video files will be securely stored until all deliverables have been completed and successfully handed over to the client. Clients are encouraged to download and back up their files promptly.

Cancellation Policy

*Wedding Bookings: If the event is cancelled at least 3 months before the scheduled event date, 10% of the advance payment will be refunded. No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 2 months of the event date. *Rice Ceremony, Birthday, and Other Events: The advance payment is non-refundable. No refund will be issued for the event cancellation.

Additional Terms & Conditions

1. Booking Confirmation A booking is confirmed only after the required advance payment has been received. Dates will not be reserved without the advance payment. 2. Coverage Time Photography and videography coverage will be provided according to the selected package. Additional coverage hours will be charged separately. 3. Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for providing accurate event schedules and venue details. Delays caused by the client or event organizers may reduce the available coverage time. 4. Creative Style The client acknowledges that they have reviewed our portfolio and accept our photography and editing style. Editing requests outside our standard style may incur additional charges. 5. Song Selection for Videos Clients must finalize all song selections before video editing begins. Song changes will not be accepted once editing has started. 6. Portfolio Usage We reserve the right to use selected photographs and videos for our website, portfolio, advertisements, and social media unless the client requests privacy in writing before the event. 7. Album Approval Clients must review and approve the album design within the specified time. Delays in approval may result in delays in final album delivery. 8. Respectful Environment We reserve the right to discontinue services if our team faces abusive, unsafe, or threatening behavior. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
