D&D World Photography – Terms & Conditions\r\n\r\n1. A 20% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.\r\n2. The remaining 80% payment must be made on the day of the shoot completion.\r\n3. The booking advance is non-refundable in case of cancellation.\r\n4. Final edited photos and videos will be delivered within 30–45 working days.\r\n5. RAW photos/videos will be provided only if they are included in the selected package.\r\n6. For outstation shoots, travel, accommodation, and meals must be arranged by the client or will be charged separately.\r\n7. Additional shooting hours beyond the agreed schedule will be charged extra.\r\n8. D&D World Photography is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.\r\n9. All photographs and videos remain the copyright of D&D World Photography. The client receives personal usage rights unless otherwise agreed in writing.\r\n10. The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions and ensuring timely cooperation during the shoot.\r\n11. Photo and video editing will be completed according to D&D World Photography\'s professional editing style.\r\n12. Any additional services or deliverables not included in the selected package will be charged separately.
