Booking Policy

Booking & Payment\\r\\nDeposit Requirement\\r\\nA non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total photography package cost is required at the time of booking to confirm and secure the event date.\\r\\n\\r\\nThe booking is not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received and acknowledged in writing (via email or letter) by the photographer.\\r\\n\\r\\nBalance Payment\\r\\nThe remaining 50% balance amount must be paid no later than 60 days before the event date, unless another payment schedule has been mutually agreed upon in writing (via email or letter).\\r\\n\\r\\nFailure to make payment within the specified time may result in cancellation of the booking, and the deposit will be forfeited.\\r\\n\\r\\nAccepted Payment Methods\\r\\nPayments can be made through any of the following approved methods:\\r\\n\\r\\n• Bank Transfer (NEFT / IMPS)\\r\\n• UPI\\r\\n• Cheque\\r\\n\\r\\nAll payments should be made in the photographer’s business owner\\\'s name as mentioned on the invoice.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling\\r\\nCancellation Procedure\\r\\nAny cancellation request must be submitted in writing (via email or letter) by the client.\\r\\n\\r\\nVerbal cancellations are not accepted.\\r\\n\\r\\nCancellation Charges\\r\\n• If cancelled 30 days or more before the event: deposit (50%) retained.\\r\\n• If cancelled within 15 days: 75% of the total package charged.\\r\\n• If cancelled less than 7 days: the full amount may be charged.\\r\\n\\r\\nRescheduling\\r\\nRescheduling is possible, subject to the photographer’s availability on the new date. Additional administrative charges may apply, and rates may vary for different seasons or years.\\r\\n\\r\\nThe deposit will be carried forward to the new date if rescheduling is confirmed.
