Transparency\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\nAll travel charges will be communicated in advance and added to the quotation.\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\n\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\nNo hidden charges.

Booking & Payment Terms

Fusion Catering Group – Booking Policy\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\n\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\nAll event bookings must be confirmed with a minimum advance payment of 30% Or INR 30,000/- of the total estimated cost.\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\n\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\nA booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the advance payment.\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\n\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\n

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Timeframe:\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\n • Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled event date will not incur any cancellation fees.\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\n • Cancellations made within 7 to 14 days of the event date will result in a cancellation fee of 25% of the total estimated cost.\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\n2. Late Cancellations:\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\n • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the total estimated cost.\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\n3.Cancellation Procedure:\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\n • All cancellations must be communicated in writing to Fusion Catering Group.\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\n • The date of receipt of the written cancellation will be used to determine applicable fees.\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\n4. Force Majeure:\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\n • Fusion Catering Group understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters, strikes, or\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\n government regulations, cancellation fees may be waived or adjusted at the discretion of Fusion Catering Group.\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\n5.Refund Process:\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\n • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 days of the written cancellation notice.\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\n • Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment as the original transaction.\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\n6. Changes in Guest Count:\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\n • Reductions in guest count made within 7 days of the event date will not result in a reduction of charges.\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\n • Increases in guest count within 7 days of the event date may incur additional charges.\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\nBy engaging the services of Fusion Catering Group, the client acknowledges and agrees to abide by this cancellation policy. Any deviations or exceptions must be\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\nagreed upon in writing by both parties.

Additional Terms & Conditions

1. Booking and Reservation:\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\n • Non-refundable deposit is required to secure the catering services for the specified date and time.\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\n • The remaining balance is due on or before the event day.\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\n2. Menu and Dietary Requirements:\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\n • Menu selections must be finalized at least two weeks prior to the event.\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\n • Any dietary restrictions or special requirements should be communicated in advance.\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\n3.Changes to Guest Count:\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\n • Final guest count is required seven days before the event.\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\n • Fusion Catering Group may increase the menu price by 5% to 30% if the guest count is less than what was confirmed at the time of booking.\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\n4. Cancellation Policy:\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\n • Cancellations made less than two weeks before the event will result in a 50% charge of the total estimated cost.\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\n5.Payments:\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\n • Payments can be made through agreed-upon methods, and invoices will be provided upon request.\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\n • 30% of booking amount should be paid at the time of booking , 50% of 1st part payment amount should be paid 14 days before the event, final payment \\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\n. amount should be settled on the day before the event or on the day of the event.\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\n6. Event Setup and Breakdown:\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\n • Fusion Catering Group will require access to the event venue well in advance for setup and will handle breakdown after the event.\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\n • Adequate kitchen facilities and equipment must be provided by the venue.\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\n7. Liability:\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\n • Fusion Catering Group is not liable for any allergic reactions or health issues related to the consumption of food and beverages.\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\n • The client is responsible for any damages to equipment or property caused by guests during the event.\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\n8. Force Majeure:\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\n • Fusion Catering Group is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or. \\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\n government regulations .\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\n9. Client Responsibilities:\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\n • The client agrees to provide accurate event details, including venue specifications and necessary permits.\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\n • Any changes or additions to the agreed-upon services must be communicated and approved in writing.\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\n10. Feedback and Reviews:\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\n • Fusion Catering Group appreciates client feedback. Any concerns or compliments can be communicated post-event.\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\n • Clients may be requested to provide reviews for promotional purposes.\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\nBy engaging the services of Fusion Catering Group, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
